Clean up resources

Terminate EC2 instance

  1. Go to Amazon EC2 console
  2. Select Instance
  3. Select Grafana-Server then select Instance state
  4. Select Terminate instance

Cleanup

  1. Wait about 2 minutes the instance will Terminate

Cleanup

Remove VPC

  1. Go to AWS VPC console
  2. Select Your VPCs
  3. Select VPC Grafana-ASG-vpc
  4. Select Actions and select Delete VPC

Cleanup

  1. Enter delete to confirm VPC deletion and select Delete.

Cleanup

  1. VPC has been deleted successfully.

Delete IAM User

  1. Go to AWS IAM console
  2. Select Users
  3. Select Grafana-user
  4. Select Delete

  1. When selecting Delete, a warning interface Deactivate access key will appear
  • Select Deactivate access key

  • Then enter confirm and select Delete user

Delete IAM Role

  1. Go to AWS IAM console
  2. Select Roles
  3. Select Grafana-role

  1. Select Delete
  • Select Delete

  • Then enter GrafanaAccessRole and select Delete

  1. Role deleted successfully

Cleanup

Delete IAM Policy

  1. Go to AWS IAM console
  2. Select Policies
  3. Select GrafanaAccessPolicy
  4. Select Delete

  1. Enter the policy name and select Delete
